Please mind the following information:

• Delivery in time on the agreed delivery date is a necessity for us.
• Acceptance times at goods are Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Deliveries outside of these time frame must be agreed on in advance
• Special delivery arrangements are agreed with our suppliers on a case-by-case basis
• Incoming goods are checked according to a preliminary set level of quality
• There are no special packaging regulations as long as the goods are delivered in accordance with generally accepted practice
• Due to our export rate of over 80%, we request long-term supplier updated once a year
